The Independent Agency Collective (IAC) is a collective of independent booking agencies, operating in locations across Europe and representing a wide range of artists and genres. We have come together to offer support and share knowledge with our colleagues and those in the wider community, with an aim to affect positive change through collective action. Our organisation stands against racism, fascism, and all forms of discrimination.           

The challenges facing those involved in the music industry are well documented, ranging from race, gender and class inequality through to financial instability and mental burnout due to blurred lines between home/work. Combined crises weigh upon the industry at large and have further compounded these stresses to a near breaking point. The Independent Agency Collective (IAC) is a cooperative of like-minded music agencies located throughout Europe and representing over two hundred artists across a range of genres. IAC aims to foster a supportive and equitable future within our business practices. We believe that only through collective action, transparency and ongoing collaboration can we ensure that a sustainable and healthy future emerges.

We aim to share knowledge between entities and artists in the hope that our collective actions and shared vision will influence positive change at every level of the music industry. This includes, but is not limited to diverse and inclusive lineups / safer venues / fair compensation and sustainable practises.
